My 2-year advertising stint led to a career in workplace culture, where I’ve spent the past 10 years improving employee experiences and building HR infrastructure for some of the most innovative tech companies at various stages of their growth. At the startup Sonder, I helped establish processes and programs to support 1300 employees in 36 cities around the world. At a post-IPO DoorDash, I led an international team to design and deliver programmatic experiences across onboarding, L&D, M&A and market expansion efforts. And in my latest role at OpenSea, I was responsible for developing HR strategy, overseeing people operations and planning corporate events.
