My 2-year advertising stint led to a career in workplace culture, where I’ve spent the past 10 years improving employee experiences and building HR infrastructure for some of the most innovative tech companies at various stages of their growth. At the startup Sonder, I helped establish processes and programs to support 1300 employees in 36 cities around the world. At a post-IPO DoorDash, I led an international team to design and deliver programmatic experiences across onboarding, L&D, M&A and market expansion efforts. And in my latest role at OpenSea, I was responsible for developing HR strategy, overseeing people operations and planning corporate events. Currently an account executive at Dentsu Creative, helping OREO bring brand partnerships to life from early product innovation and packaging, all the way through final execution & trafficking of marketing materials. I act as connective tissue between the internal team and our clients + other agency partners. As the day to day lead for my campaigns, I'm always managing multiple workstreams under the campaign against deadlines and client expectations. I take pride in fostering positive relationships with everyone I work collaborate and work with. Proud of the latest campaign we brought to life- an OREO & Post Malone collaboration. Formerly an account coordinator at Upshot, a full-service creative agency. I support my CPG/grocery retail clients with their shopper marketing needs.
