SKILLS • Extensive expertise in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions throughout EMEA • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting exceptional talent in a highly competitive market • In-depth understanding of the EMEA talent landscape, encompassing market dynamics, salary benchmarks, and specific hiring challenges within various industries • Proficient in utilizing diverse recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with passive candidates effectively • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations across the EMEA region • Collaborative mindset, can-do attitude, and adeptness in working effectively within cross-functional teams • Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, key stakeholders, and candidates • Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment best practices, including job profiling, candidate evaluation, advanced interview techniques, candidate preparation, and offering • Skilled in leveraging data analytics to optimize and improve recruitment strategies, enhance candidate quality, and elevate the overall candidate experience • Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling impactful engagement with hiring managers, key stakeholders, and candidates at all levels • Proven ability to drive inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives throughout the recruitment process • Strong organizational and time management abilities, enabling effective prioritization and achievement of hiring targets • Proficient in elevating employer brand to captivate and engage top-tier talent
