
I strategize, plan, lead and execute growth initiatives at the intersection of sports, entertainment and technology. Business volatility is at an all-time high. Disruptive technologies, evolving consumer habits and unexpected events have generated change at unprecedented pace and magnitude. In Sports, this leads to a strategic imperative to make critical long-term investments, innovate, and deepen relationships with audiences and fans. Keys to success are rigorous planning, a robust data-driven testing culture, a strong partnership engine and the ability to quickly abandon or scale bets based on results. I have a unique background to help CEOs and C-Suite navigate this landscape, and I have been doing it for over two decades both as a strategist and as an operator. In my most recent role at Dapper Labs, I led our relationship with the top two football leagues in the world, as well as clubs, players, agents and other talent. I built and led a 20+ people team to bring technology products to market in partnership with said leagues. Prior, I lead Fan Audience Strategy and Engagement at the NBA HQ where I achieved record increases in marketable fanbase, fan engagement rate and subscriptions. Previously, I led Digitas’ transformation through strategic initiatives including new business and sales management processes, development of offshore capabilities, and capacity planning. When I led operations for The Huffington Post I introduced critical revenue streams including branded content, mobile advertising formats, programmatic sales, and international expansion. Last, I built the strategy team that drove strategic planning and company-wide project management for AOL’s turnaround. My approach to growth and transformation is deeply rooted in analytical problem-solving and strategic development drawing from eight years as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). I obsess about bringing and developing the absolute best and diverse talent to my teams. I have a track record of building cross-functional partnerships with editorial and creative, sales, finance, product and engineering. I have reported to two CEOs, two CMOs and a COO. I am an active speaker in industry forums and a contributor to trade publications, including Web Summit, Soccerex, MIT Sloan, NYU, Columbia, NFT.NYC, AdWeek, Ad Age, AdMonsters, IE, Summit Series, ADMA, Hashtag Sports, Digiday, The Drum and CIO Review. Outside of work, my interests include sports (FIFA Licensed Football Agent), Ironman Triathlon (I completed the 2022 World Championship in Kona, HI) and dogs.
