Highly skilled executive with 20 years music industry experience, leading and overseeing global campaigns for some of the biggest artists in the world. These include Sam Smith, Disclosure, Robbie Williams, Emeli Sande, Massive Attack, Andrea Bocelli, Max Richter, Tinie Tempah, Pet Shop Boys, Corinne Bailey Rae, among many others. With multi-genre experience working with major Pop, Classical, Jazz and Alternative artists, I launched Yes! Artists in 2020 – a bespoke artist management company – to apply all my experience and knowledge to help support, develop and accelerate artists and their careers worldwide. 
I am a 20+ year media & technology executive and seasoned manager who has led blue chip advertisers, across a spectrum of agencies, publishers and brands. My focus has always been connecting brands with consumers and being an expert in all facets of that journey. I am fortunate to have worked at niche start-ups to large multinational corporations, and have had the privilege to position myself into bleeding edge opportunities. My instinctive nature and core competency has always been to embrace that disruption and make sense of it to stakeholders in that ecosystem.
Technology, of course, is changing the consumer world rapidly but also in a seismic way driving deep disruptions into all business ecosystems, especially in marketing and partnerships.
My most recent position is serving as the global head of GSI partnerships at Google Cloud. I was able to bring my ad technology pedigree to a vast white space, where marketing and cloud technology is the battleground for all things data, privacy, and identity.
Recent past roles focused on new product commercialization at Google and building client operation/GTMs for SaaS solutions at Yahoo!/Verizon Media.
Before my technology stint, I was Senior Vice President Group Client Director at Publicis Groupe managing brands like the Sprint Corporation, American Honda & Acura and Walmart. In all instances, my job was to build and assemble best in class digital advertising technologies, drive innovation, and deliver thoughtful creative experiences via all media channels. Previous tours include additional agencies and client side roles, managing brands like American Express and General Mills.

Global transformation of Ops, workflows, and tooling - including multi-region co-ordination of Creator Marketing and Ad Ops. The Global Marketing team is at the heart of the business, working across top priority artists and tracks, driving digital innovation.
MARCH-JUNE 2024: Associate Business Development, Juego Studio. Project Management, New Business. London/Remote. Juego Studio (Bangalore) has delivered successful games in multiple markets for clients such as Disney, Sony, Puma, 20th Century Fox, Warner Music - and more. With strong competencies in Unreal and Unity, it has expanded from its core as a game design company into XR, and the utilisation of AI.

Associate Lecturer, Commercial Music, Bath Spa University. Created and delivered a "digital marketing for the music industry" module for the Commercial Music MA.
MARCH-AUGUST 2023:
Senior PM, Web & Ecom, Warner Music. Based in London and reporting to NY, managing initiatives across ecommerce website and artist website marketing channels. The primary interfacer between platform vendors, internal development resources, and end users, to achieve OKRs.
2012-2023:
Head of Firepit Technology // Senior Director, Innovation, Warner Music. Reported to NY, head of a London-based Innovation studio with a global remit. I produced fan activations for Gorillaz, Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, Liam Gallagher, Rita Ora, Muse, David Bowie, Kylie, David Guetta, Slipknot, Iron Maiden, Pink Floyd, Blur and many others. I produced/delivered globally for artists/repertoire in the UK/US, and international markets and regions.
My role collaborated with commissioners in Warner Recorded Music's Labels: Atlantic, Warner Records, Parlophone, Rhino, et al. The team consisted of: a Lead UI/UX, a UI/UX Designer, x2 Full Stack Developers, and a regularly-used pool of freelancers and small boutique agencies who I procured. OKRs generally consisted of: first party data capture, streaming metrics, conversion to D2C ecom.
I am a judge for The Webbys and The Lovies. I am also engaged in a research project with the University of Huddersfield, in music in AR and spatial audio.
