As a seasoned People Operations leader, I’ve had the privilege of building and scaling a global People function across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., delivering strategic impact in high-growth, PE/VC-backed environments. I have led all aspects of the People team including Total Rewards, M&A, HR tech, DEI/CSR, Employee Relations, Culture and Engagement, Performance and Global Compliance—earning Flashpoint a spot on Fortune’s Best Workplaces list three times. Prior, I built Flashpoint’s Talent Acquisition function from the ground up—tripling headcount, reducing time-to-hire and reliance on recruitment agencies, and embedding inclusive hiring practices that moved the needle on workforce diversity and candidate engagement. Earlier in my career, I was instrumental in helping numerous organizations globally scale from a talent acquisition perspective, consistently delivering more than 40+ hires/year in 8 countries around the globe, while building scalable and inclusive interview / hiring practices.
