Hi, I'm Sharon, a marketing project manager, art director and food photographer
I thrive on merging thoughtful creative intention with a good dose of project planning. I believe the best campaigns are born from purpose, and I’m passionate about infusing each project with a meaningful narrative and collaborating with talented creatives to make ideas come alive.
I'm also the founder of Whiskfully So, a curated online food photography blog, for beginner food photographers and food bloggers who need up-to-date, tried and tested resources to learn food photography.
When I'm not creating or managing projects, you can find me in the paint aisles of Home depot, travelling or knitting my next sweater.

As a seasoned People Operations leader, I’ve had the privilege of building and scaling a global People function across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., delivering strategic impact in high-growth, PE/VC-backed environments. I have led all aspects of the People team including Total Rewards, M&A, HR tech, DEI/CSR, Employee Relations, Culture and Engagement, Performance and Global Compliance—earning Flashpoint a spot on Fortune’s Best Workplaces list three times. Prior, I built Flashpoint’s Talent Acquisition function from the ground up—tripling headcount, reducing time-to-hire and reliance on recruitment agencies, and embedding inclusive hiring practices that moved the needle on workforce diversity and candidate engagement.
Earlier in my career, I was instrumental in helping numerous organizations globally scale from a talent acquisition perspective, consistently delivering more than 40+ hires/year in 8 countries around the globe, while building scalable and inclusive interview / hiring practices.
