People-focused founder building and leading Pando. After spending my career as a serial early stage operator and CMO, bringing pre-series A companies to market and scale–companies like Miro, Greenhouse, Culture Amp and more, I was ready to apply all my experience and knowledge to a problem I am passionate about solving. Career advancement has been notoriously opaque, biased, subjective, political and ultimately a 'black box' for employees as well as managers trying to develop their teams. How companies collect and measure employee performance is antiquated and solidifies inequitable structures that need to be broken down. I founded Pando to 1) help companies truly unlock the full potential of their employees and 2) blow up the current notion of "performance management" and "performance reviews" -- to flip this paradigm on its head and usher in "continuous progression" a model that not only is more fair and engaging for employees, but that makes companies significantly more adaptable, agile and high performing. Continuous progression enables what I call, "just-in-time promotion" and lays the foundation for companies to be more strategic, and more predictable in how they are thinking about their talent and the resources they have to support, develop and optimize outcomes of that talent.
