MS Student @ Weill Cornell | Intern @ NYC Department of Health

A recent graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Arun earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in political economy and a minor in global public health. Arun holds a deep interest in the intersection of healthcare, economics, and public policy. To that end, he is currently pursuing an MS in Health Policy and Economics degree at the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences. Some of his major experiences include serving as an Associate Consultant for UC Berkeley's only nutrition-oriented consulting firm, serving as a data analyst for a Sacramento-based healthcare consulting firm, and serving as an undergraduate research apprentice in the UC Berkeley School of Public Health where he conducted data analysis on private equity in healthcare. Outside of his professional and academic ambitions, Arun is a decorated chess master, avid public speaker, music aficionado, and matcha enthusiast.
