Adam is on the GTM team at OpenAI, a research organization that creates and deploys artificial intelligence systems to benefit all of humanity. He joined OpenAI in March 2024, after leading strategic initiatives for Snap and its executive leadership. He has over 9 years of experience in the tech industry, working with various domains and segments, such as Segment, a Twilio acquisition, Amazon, Vevo, and Condé Nast, with a focus on data governance, product management, and customer success. Adam started his career in fashion, collaborating with Julie Gilhart, the former SVP, Fashion Director of Barneys New York, on projects such as the prestigious LVMH Prize in conjunction with the Arnault family, the entirety of Amazon Fashion, and the launch of Outerknown, pro surfer Kelly Slater's sustainable lifestyle brand. He holds a BA in Economics from NYU, where he served in student government and helped found an on-campus organization. He is passionate about solving challenges at the forefront of data, resulting in innovation and growth across the board. Outside of the office, he enjoys skiing, cycling, hiking, scuba diving, and cooking/baking.
