Minimize structure and hire engineers who can create order out of disorder Some beliefs I hold: 1. Most VCs in Silicon Valley invest based on pedigree, vs slope or thesis. Pedigree is a lazy proxy for slope 2. Remote is better for the employee, in-office is better for the manager 🤷‍♀️ 3. If building in crypto, treat speculation is a feature, not a bug
