I’m a marketing leader with 10+ years of experience building and scaling demand generation, field marketing, and ABM at high-growth SaaS companies.
At Vercel, I lead Field Marketing and ABM for North America. I build programs that generate pipeline and accelerate deals, from executive dinners and partner activations to our presence at major industry events like AWS re:Invent. I partner with BDRs, AEs, sales leadership, and partnerships to align field strategy with revenue goals. I also shape programs that support Vercel’s positioning as the AI Cloud through AI-focused industry initiatives.
Previously, I served as Head of Demand Generation at Superblocks and Disco, where I built 0 to 1 demand engines across digital and field channels, scaling programs that directly impacted pipeline and growth.
I bring a mix of strategy and hands-on execution, with a track record of turning marketing programs into growth engines. I thrive in cross-functional environments and focus on initiatives that move the business forward.
My approach is rooted in collaboration, clarity, and accountability — values that help me build strong partnerships and deliver impact that lasts.
Howdy! I honestly don't check LinkedIn as much as I used to, so if you'd really like to reach me, you can find my email below to make sure I see your message.
I'm a People Ops leader who's done everything from hiring huge teams of summer interns to managing the terminations of C-level executives. Quite different, those two! But regardless of the situation, I find joy in designing processes that allow for the best possible outcomes for everyone involved. Any situation, even unfortunate ones, can be made better with strategic planning, clear communication, and (importantly) empathy.
I take my work seriously; myself, not so much. Along that line, here are some things about me that make me sound like a real grump (whether I truly am or not is up for debate), but here we go...
- Regular ol' email is so much easier than InMail so please feel free contact me directly (last name dot first name at gmail).
- If you do email me, I have a big pet peeve, one I can fully admit is irrational, but this is my LinkedIn profile and I'm in charge here: messages that begin "Hi Dan, my name is...." really bug me. Like, your name is already displayed as the sender and you'll probably sign off with it too; I'll be able to figure it out.
When I'm not in the "office" (whatever that means these days!) I'm also a gadget enthusiast, sarcasm lover, travel junkie, thrill seeker, scuba diver, and bourbon aficionado with a gif for every occasion.
