Mentoring is an important way to give youth experience with these essential back-and-forth relationships, developing them into healthy young people better able to deal with and overcome life’s adversities. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada is a Federation comprised of 86 agencies providing life changing mentoring experiences to over 32,000 children and youth in hundreds of communities supported by over 17,500 volunteers.
