This includes leading a team of program managers & strategists who manage Google’s Internships, Campus Outreach, Industry & Executive outreach, and Employee Referrals Programs. In addition, we’re responsible for Google’s paid media related to recruiting, partnerships and specific vendor relationships, and the development and execution of inclusive hiring plans for Google's Sales, Marketing, HR, Cloud, and Engineering organizations. I have a deep focus on how to produce fair and equitable outcomes across demographic groups, including: underrepresented racial and ethnic groups, people with disabilities, and women across the 35 countries where Google hires.
