As a Learning and Development professional with a B.A.S. in Business/Management from Campbell University and certifications in Data Analytics and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I bring a robust skill set to design and deliver impactful training programs. My expertise spans across the Banking,FinTech, Blockchain and Hospitality industries within the L&D sector. I am the Training Director at Mecha Noodle Bar, a rapidly expanding chain of Southeast Asian restaurants with over 500 employees across nine locations. In my role, I create engaging and effective training materials, utilizing a variety of authoring tools and platforms, including Articulate 360, Canva, Photoshop, FinalCutPro, WiseTail LMS, and coding to make learning more interactive. I lead a team of instructional designers and facilitators, managing the training budget, resources, technology platforms, and evaluation mechanisms to ensure the alignment and effectiveness of our LMS and curriculum programs.
