As a Learning and Development professional with a B.A.S. in Business/Management from Campbell University and certifications in Data Analytics and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I bring a robust skill set to design and deliver impactful training programs. My expertise spans across the Banking,FinTech, Blockchain and Hospitality industries within the L&D sector. I am the Training Director at Mecha Noodle Bar, a rapidly expanding chain of Southeast Asian restaurants with over 500 employees across nine locations. In my role, I create engaging and effective training materials, utilizing a variety of authoring tools and platforms, including Articulate 360, Canva, Photoshop, FinalCutPro, WiseTail LMS, and coding to make learning more interactive. I lead a team of instructional designers and facilitators, managing the training budget, resources, technology platforms, and evaluation mechanisms to ensure the alignment and effectiveness of our LMS and curriculum programs. Collaborating closely with the executive directors and department managers, I identify training needs and evaluate the impact of training on business outcomes. Among my notable achievements are optimizing the onboarding process, enhancing the employee training experience with comprehensive courses and curriculum programs, and fostering the development of future leaders to support business scalability. I have introduced innovative learning strategies and a Learning Management System to host adult learning content, supporting all levels of management and hourly employees.
