I thoroughly enjoy building. I'm currently CEO & Co-founder of Risely AI. I'm the type of person who sees a challenge or opportunity and goes to whatever length needed to figure it out and get things done, regardless of whether it is formally in my job description. I'm a seasoned entrepreneur, product exec, GM, growth leader and P&L owner with 13+ years of experience building and scaling companies, growth engines, products, new markets and orgs. I'm a hands on person who knows how to operate at the C-suite level while going to the lowest level of detail to uncover customer insights. I have led teams and orgs ranging from five to seventy five, have managed global teams, and know how to navigate complex organizations to grow a business. Previously, I built the core product and growth engine at Trustedhealth as VP of Product. I also led growth, design and data and managed a nine digit P&L. Prior to that, I built Airwallex's Growth engine from scratch across acquisition, activation, retention and monetization and delivered 3x-25x results across the full funnel. I built a growth engine at NerdWallet's that delivered a $17M P&L impact. I've also started a company and built the product, org, and operations from scratch while scaling and achieving over 350% growth. I have served on boards of various organizations, where I have developed multi year strategic plans and restructured operating models to scale the orgs. I love working with people. I'm a relationship builder by nature (Myers Briggs: ENFJ), I have a high EQ and I am an expert at building relationships internally with cross functional stakeholders and externally with partners, customers and clients. I thoroughly enjoy deal making and negotiating (I have a love/hate relationship with car salespeople) . I've negotiated deals that have added $20M+ directly to the bottom line and have also conceptualized and executed dozens of partnerships that have resulted in highly retaining product experiences. I have no problem putting on whatever hat it takes to get a deal done. I'm a firm believer in hustle, drive and meritocracy. I live by and hire based on someone's hunger, hustle, potential and trajectory and not solely based on the old school mentality of 'years of experience'. I'm a leader, mentor, and teacher. I regularly teach classes and give talks/speeches on leadership, character development and time management. I believe the best leaders are those who are always willing to work on themselves and who restrain their inner ego as they continue to grow.
