Recruiting is such a rewarding career. I love that I get to be part of one of the most exciting times in someone’s life. My favorite part of my job is finding that special candidate that stands out from the crowd to present to hiring managers and guiding them through the process seamlessly. Excellent experiences for everyone in the recruitment process is my passion. I believe building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers can leave an impression far beyond a single job posting or interview. Having a good experience can impact how a candidate views a company for far longer than the interview process. To be a good recruiter I believe you have to be a coach, an advisor, a sales person, an advocate, and a cheerleader. You need to be passionate about your company and a jack of all trades. You have to be honest, compassionate, confident, kind, punctual, organized, and quick on your feet. My goal is to embody those traits and grow my skills daily.
