A former Googler, I previously worked with leading marketers in the government, apparel and toy spaces to achieve business objective via programmatic display and video advertising and enterprise tech; before that, consulted with large marketers to improve user experiences and conversion rates on mobile devices, while evangelizing the importance of organizational design as a crucial tool to achieve best in class experiences. Between 2003 and 2009, I worked at The New York Times, first as a Business Development Manager and internal consultant, and then then as an advertising director for teams focused on growing print, online and mobile advertising revenue. I have an MBA in Marketing and Finance (with a focus on the media industry), plus experience in public relations as well as five years as a reporter covering Congress. In 2000, I launched and operated a non-profit research project that looked at the relationship between young adults and the presidential candidates during the election season.
