Rachel Stoczko is a passionate communicator driving impact through storytelling. She thrives working with founders and leaders who deeply believe in their organization’s mission, appreciate the power of community and are committed to creating a positive impact in the world. Today, she leads communications and marketing at Planet FWD, the leading decarbonization platform for consumer companies. The platform was inspired by its brand, Moonshot, the world's first climate-friendly snack brand, where Rachel ran communications from its inception through its acquisition by Patagonia Provisions in March 2023. She also consults for brands like SIMPLi, a leading regenerative organic food brand, and various non-profits on all things PR. Previously, Rachel was a communications leader at Nearpod, an interactive education platform for K-12 teachers and higher educators. She began her career at VSC, a strategic communications firm, where she helped dozens of B2B and B2C tech companies tell their stories. She is a self-starter with strong managerial skills, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to create engaging content. A creative ideator, Rachel excels in fast-paced and highly cross-functional environments, where the team is mission-aligned. Rachel graduated from Loyola University Maryland and spends her free time volunteering in her community and with family and friends.
