It’s not what we’ve done but our capacity to learn that makes us different. I’ve learned how to be a tenacious fighter and voice for what I believe in, which led me to an undefeated speech and debate championship title on a team that was featured on Oprah and recognized by Congress. When I was recognized at Target Corporation as the top executive team leader talent on the West coast, it was because I learned how to solve operational problems with strategic innovation and creativity. This is also how I led operations and recruiting through a milestone company expansion at Bay Area Debate Club, while serving as a top rated speech and debate instructor. At Lonergan Partners, I was an agile team player working strategically behind the scenes, and coordinated several international recruitment projects at once, to land C-level placements in record time. My service as the VIP artist coordinator of the largest Filipino heritage festival on the West coast, a red carpet host for an international film festival, and having been the spokeswoman for multiple companies and organizations, helped me learn how to be a world-class ambassador. Although I failed when I designed, manufactured and launched my own product on an ecommerce platform. I retraced my execution with curiosity to move forward with worthwhile wisdom. At Meta, I learned imposter syndrome couldn't stop me. From coaching executive leaders for public speaking events alongside Mark Zuckerberg, to coaching on organizational dynamics as our team scaled to accommodate hyper-growth by 3X in response to our Quest product 10MM unit explosion. And leading cross-pillar commitment for an employee well-being action plan during the height of the pandemic. When I directed my first two successful theater productions, one sold out with standing room only and the other was at the historical downtown San Francisco Herbst Theater. I learned to have vision, grit and, with a lot of hard work, how to deliver extraordinary results. I strive to challenge my own performance and to raise the standards in my surrounding work environments. My goal is to be a change-agent who builds, creates, and innovates to bring out the very best in the organizations and communities around me.
