In previous lives, I've been a Chief Operating Officer and management consultant, drawing energy from the dynamism of entrepreneurial organizations, and find deep satisfaction in working toward a greater mission. I believe in supporting people to live their best lives, whether that means creating staff development pathways at work or finding ways to bring joy and learning into my own lively four-kid household. I love building efficient, scalable systems rooted in the deeper strategic needs of an organization. I find myself drawn to thorny problems where I can dig deeply into the details myself while also leading executives, staff, and other constituents to create solutions together. I have immersed myself in the challenges of multiple industries, and have built high-performing teams from scratch across a number of business functions. And I take joy in puzzles of all sorts, from org structure optimization to crossword puzzle writing…I find that one of life’s great pleasures is reaching that “eureka” moment of figuring something out!
