He is currently the Group Finance Director at Parity Technologies, a global leader in building cutting-edge blockchain solutions for a decentralized interoperable ecosystem (Polkadot). Richard has a proven track record of delivering finance transformation, IPO fund raising, crypto treasury management, statutory and regulatory compliance, and strategic planning and analytics. He is passionate about leveraging his expertise in business and managerial economics, fintech, and structured finance to enable innovation and growth in the Web3 and crypto space. He holds the ACMA certification from CIMA and the Oxford Fintech Program from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
