I am a senior legal professional with 29 years of experience after graduating from NLSIU Bangalore, India's premier law school. I am very passionate about corporate litigation and specialise in IBC & O&M matters at NCLT & NCLAT. I also partner with companies to help with their legal requirements based on trust and competence, be it their contractual requirements, their fund raise requirements, general legal advice relating to labour laws/HR issues, or IP issues including trademark registrations. I have been Group General Counsel with NDTV. I am currently working as Partner at a corporate law firm in NCR Delhi with a team of lawyers assisting with litigation as well as corporate advisory work.
