In 2004, I co-founded Pangea3, a Sequoia Capital portfolio company acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2010 and by EY in 2019, ranked as the #1 legal process outsourcing (LPO) provider and awarded with numerous accolades and industry awards. As Co-CEO, I grew Pangea3 to over 1,000 lawyers and engineers with operations across India and the United States serving Fortune 500 companies and law firms globally. Earlier, as a founding management team member of OfficeTiger—the pioneer in off-shore outsourcing of professional support services with operations in the US, UK, Philippines, Sri Lanka and India (currently RR Donnelley Global), I served as CFO, General Counsel and a member of the Board. I started my career as a lawyer at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City specializing in international business structures, acquisitions, and operations with a particular focus on US-India business ventures. I graduated cum laude with a BA from Duke University in 1991 and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1994 where I served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review and the Chairman of the Moot Court Board. I am admitted to the Bar in New York.

I am a senior legal professional with 29 years of experience after graduating from NLSIU Bangalore, India's premier law school. I am very passionate about corporate litigation and specialise in IBC & O&M matters at NCLT & NCLAT. I also partner with companies to help with their legal requirements based on trust and competence, be it their contractual requirements, their fund raise requirements, general legal advice relating to labour laws/HR issues, or IP issues including trademark registrations.
