As the former Group CTO and founding team member of Tonik Digital Bank, I spearheaded the development of the first neobank in the Philippines, driving technology, operational strategies, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management. I also led the first implementation of AWS Cloud and Google Cloud for digital banking in Southeast Asia, leveraging tools like API Gateway (Apigee), Data Lake, and AI driven scalable and secure solutions along with Modern Banking Tech Solutions such as DX, CRM, CDP, Core, Card, Payments, Fraud, Compliance, Security, Reporting and Monitoring Capabilities. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with major financial institutions, including DBS, UOB, Maybank, and OCBC in Singapore; Axis Bank and Citi in India; and China Bank and Union Bank in the Philippines. My work extends to telecom giants like Celcom/Axiata Group Malaysia, where I implemented an enterprise-wide digital transformation using Google Cloud. I hold dual master's degrees in Computer Applications and Business Administration, and I'm certified in TOGAF, ITIL, Cloud, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
