I have led software development teams through the stages of hiring, mentoring, managing priorities, coaching, and reviewing the performance of direct reports. I have worked internationally, and collaborate closely with teams around the world to develop software products. Over my career, I have written software shipped to a billion users worldwide over multiple releases.
