I have successfully transitioned to multiple GAAPs, including INDAS, US GAAP, and IFRS, and handled complex equity and ESOP accounting for a million-dollar pool.
I have also managed direct and indirect tax matters, including transfer pricing, APA negotiations, MAP filings, and GST implementation, with India and US tax authorities. I have supported legal counsel in representing tax cases at various judiciary levels and led the internal controls function from Big4 to in-house. Additionally, I have experience in treasury management, hedging strategies, and FP&A for corporate functions and budgeting.
