Paul is Managing Director of Page Executive in North America, and Global Practice Leader of the Financial Services Sector. Paul has twenty-five years Executive Search experience, including twenty within North America. Paul is the highest Revenue generator of all time for Page Group globally, and in the calendar year 2024. Paul started his career in Corporate Finance in 1995, during which he was instructed by National Westminster Bank, Barclays, and Fortis. Paul's transactions included Liquidation, Receivership, Administration, and Chapter Eleven Appointments. Highlights included working on the insolvencies of Barings Bank, and Bank of Credit and Commerce International, whilst at Ernst & Young. After five successful years, Paul chose to join one of the largest Financial Recruitment firms in the UK, and went on to head up their Permanent Banking Division. Paul joined Michael Page in 2004 and built a practice in London, before being transferred to the USA to lead their Front Office Banking team, and subsequently their Sales & Marketing practice, before rejoining Financial Services. Paul is North American Head of Page Executive, and individually responsible for the hiring of Revenue generating verticals within Financial Services, including Corporate and Investment Banking, and the Buy Side. Paul is a North American Board Member of PageGroup. Paul holds an Honours Degree from University of York in History and Political Science, and a Diploma in Law from the College of Law in Chester.
