I am an accomplished corporate healthcare attorney and consultant, with extensive expertise in structuring corporate healthcare transactions, joint ventures, and managed care arrangements, and addressing the risk, antitrust and charitable trust issues associated with same. I am a retired Latham & Watkins LLP corporate healthcare partner. I have served as a Chief Legal Officer of a real estate development company in Miami, an Associate Professor of a College of Pharmacy, and a National Library of Medicine Post-Doctoral Fellow. I have worked extensively with a national healthcare management group in healthcare operational management. As a consultant and an attorney with a PhD in Biomedical Informatics, an MBA, with a CPA, and a law degree, I partner with executives and chief legal officers to assist in operations and the most challenging matters. I lead complex M & A, joint venture, and business transactions in the healthcare, real estate and information technology spaces.
