I am an attorney licensed to practice in South Carolina. I am a recent graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law from Boston, Massachusetts. I graduated from Chapman University in 2021 with a Business Administration degree & a minor in Law, Justice and Social Control minor and plan to graduate U of SC Law December 2024, a semester early. In 2020, I started my own social media management company, 'Branded by Rachael'. I oversee and manage content creation, social insights and all social media platforms for real estate agents and small businesses in New England. I also specialize in freelance website creation, content creation & graphic design for various clients. I previously worked as an Assistant to the Owner of Rich's Floor Covering, managing day-to-day operations of the business. I managed accounts receivable, as well as oversee client profiles, sending and receiving estimates and invoices. I was in charge of client to business communication, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction. I completed a six-week law internship program at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough in Boston, MA. I became familiar with daily law firm operations, new case setup and sorting and managing case files. I interned remotely as a Public Relations and Social Media Intern for the Boston Cannons and Connecticut Hammerheads Lacrosse Teams, responsible for the creation and publication of weekly press updates for the Boston Cannons and Connecticut Hammerheads Lacrosse Teams.
