Applied Scientist at Therabody | PhD Mechanical Engineer | Passionate about optimizing human health, recovery, and performance
As an Applied Scientist at Therabody, I help design and validate science-backed innovations that support human movement, recovery, and performance. My work bridges engineering and science to translate research into tools that help people move and feel their best.I earned my PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, where I developed a robotic testing platform capable of recreating ACL injuries on human cadaver knees to better understand injury mechanisms and evaluate novel preventative solutions. This work demonstrated the feasibility of preventing ACL injury through surgical innovation, bridging engineering and medicine to advance injury prevention research.I’m passionate about bringing the engineering and science into real-world health and performance applications. My goal is to continue building at the intersection of science, technology, and human wellbeing, creating solutions that help all people move with confidence.
