Product manager and a curious engineer with a growth mindset, passion for continuous learning and bias for action. I believe great things in product happen only by truly understanding the WHY through user empathy and conscious removal of bias, and empowering people/teams to solve the problem leveraging respectful relationships. I thrive at the convergence of technology and business and the entire spectrum of being a tech PM fascinates me - from technical discussions with architects, planning sprints with scrum teams, strategy discussions with executives to product launch planning with sales and marketing. With my background in engineering, 3D modeling and simulation, I am excited about the future confluence of 3D simulation, VR/AR and AI for various industrial applications. Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mechanical engineering, and an MBA, specializing in Strategy and Operations. Experienced engineer in the field of Digital Twin (engineering design, simulation and manufacturing), certified scrum master and product owner, working experience in technology, product design, manufacturing, and operations. Professional interests and skills include Product management and strategy, Technology - Analytics/Machine learning/Artificial Intelligence, Connected and Autonomous vehicles, Design Thinking, User-centered Design, Behavioral Economics and Cognitive Psychology. Love travelling and connecting with people - visited 29 states in the US and 18 states in India and hope to complete all within the next decade.
