I am an incurable creator. I am passionate about helping businesses leverage tectonic shifts such as credibility marketing, platform ownership, online shows and recurring revenue to transform growth. (1) Created and sold 3 ventures. (The Walt Disney Internet Group tried to buy 2 ventures I created and a 3rd for which I was the Chief Revenue Officer.) (2) Increased revenue by $5 million for a Facebook app in 12 months. The app became a top 5 Facebook app with 90 million installs. (3) Developed and launched the social strategy for a media company that grew social follows from less than 100k to 110 million+. This became the most engaging social channels of any publisher in the world with 40 million+ monthly comments, likes, and shares (source: Unmetric). (4) Created Adoption.com, the world's most-visited adoption site. (5) Submitted business plans to 2 competitions and won both. (6) Created a network of family sites (including Familias.com in Spanish, Familias.com.br in Brazil and FamilyShare.com in English), which reached 280 million monthly. (7) Launched a YouTube channel in four languages that received 1.7 million video views in the first 2 months. (8) Helped grow Azul airlines' social follows from 5k to 1.6 million in 12 months and created a travel social network for them. Azul became the fastest-growing airline ever in those early days and had a successful IPO. (9) Created an online community that reached 200,000+ members and was then sold within 24 months. (10) Gave a TEDx talk about passion-driven marketing. (11) Asked to speak multiple times at conferences of the American Press Institute. (12) Created a language-learning platform that reached close to a million fans. (13) Awarded "Best of the Decade" by the BYU Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology. (14) Awarded the US Congress "Angel in Adoption". (15) Inducted into the "Adoption Hall of Fame".
