As Associate General Counsel at Lumen Technologies, I support the company's team members in various corporate, M&A, and other transactional matters in order to achieve the company's strategic goals. My specialty is facilitating the purchase and sale of businesses, managing company ownership and investment, and enabling internal clients to take action while managing risk. I am also a member of the Denver Kids, Inc. Young Professionals Council. Denver Kids empowers students to positively shape their lives, successfully complete high school, and pursue postsecondary options.
