For over a decade, I have been the founder and Chief Learning Officer at Ansa Consulting Group, a firm specializing in executive and managerial development, coaching, and learning strategy and design. I work with clients across sectors and geographies to develop talent and organizational interventions, including leader assessment, team effectiveness, and coaching. My approach is grounded in current practice-based management science and socio-psychological research, and I aim to create engaging, impactful, and enjoyable learning experiences. In addition to my client work, I am currently focused on portfolio talent development and C-Suite advisory for a PE firm. I also have served as the executive and enterprise leadership development resident for Africa at Mastercard Foundation, a global philanthropic organization that supports access to education, skills, and financial inclusion in Africa and Canada. In this role, I co-created signature leadership development maps and experiences for the Foundation and its partners in Africa, building out the leadership development brand and measuring the impact of our work on the Foundation's critical path and on leader, team, and partner capabilities. I worked internally in global people leader development strategy at Ripple, a fintech company, and in leadership development design and facilitation focused on strategic thinking, collaboration, and innovation at Interaction Associates, a learning and talent development firm. I hold a PCC credential from the International Coach Federation and several certifications in leader and team assessments and surveys. I am passionate about advancing learning and transformation for leaders, teams, and organizations, and I am always curious to explore new perspectives and challenges.
