I’m Founder & CEO of Diameter Pay, an API-first payments platform serving global fintechs and banks. Experienced in highly regulated areas such as money transmission, AML/OFAC compliance, and correspondent banking. I am also a Fellow at Yale and focus on international trade & development, payment systems, and national security. Previously, I was Special Assistant for Haiti at the World Bank, where I co-managed an $800M reconstruction portfolio and co-authored the National Financial Inclusion Strategy. I’ve secured significant grant funding for innovation from institutions like the EU, MIT, and the Mastercard Foundation. I hold an MBA from MIT Sloan with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Innovation and a BA/MA from Johns Hopkins in International Economics and Relations.

For over a decade, I have been the founder and Chief Learning Officer at Ansa Consulting Group, a firm specializing in executive and managerial development, coaching, and learning strategy and design. I work with clients across sectors and geographies to develop talent and organizational interventions, including leader assessment, team effectiveness, and coaching. My approach is grounded in current practice-based management science and socio-psychological research, and I aim to create engaging, impactful, and enjoyable learning experiences. In addition to my client work, I am currently focused on portfolio talent development and C-Suite advisory for a PE firm. I also have served as the executive and enterprise leadership development resident for Africa at Mastercard Foundation, a global philanthropic organization that supports access to education, skills, and financial inclusion in Africa and Canada. In this role, I co-created signature leadership development maps and experiences for the Foundation and its partners in Africa, building out the leadership development brand and measuring the impact of our work on the Foundation's critical path and on leader, team, and partner capabilities. I worked internally in global people leader development strategy at Ripple, a fintech company, and in leadership development design and facilitation focused on strategic thinking, collaboration, and innovation at Interaction Associates, a learning and talent development firm. I hold a PCC credential from the International Coach Federation and several certifications in leader and team assessments and surveys. I am passionate about advancing learning and transformation for leaders, teams, and organizations, and I am always curious to explore new perspectives and challenges.

Myndful leverages machine learning to personalize the mental health and wellness experience, empowering individuals to cultivate inner peace and resilience. Our mobile app offers custom guidance, mindfulness exercises, and self-care tools tailored to each user's unique needs and goals. Since its launch in 2022, Myndful has empowered over 10,000 users, secured pre-seed funding, and partnered with leading organizations committed to prioritizing mental well-being. Hi, I'm Lindi. I'm a visionary tech founder, AI researcher, and recent Computer Science Master’s graduate from Arizona State University. I have a Bachelors in Computer Science from Ashesi University and I’m the Founder and CEO of eighty-nine, a tech company improving healthcare outcomes. Originally from Zimbabwe, and educated in Ghana and the United States, I’ve built a career that spans cutting edge technology, healthcare, emerging markets with a deep focus on solving real problems with real technology. I’ve raised significant startup funding, built products from scratch, and pitched my ideas on global stages across many countries. My work and leadership have been recognized by global institutions including the US National Science Foundation I-CORPS, the Tony Blair Institute , The Anzisha Prize, the Melton Foundation, Impact Hubs, etc. I began leading teams at age 11, first as a student-athlete and volleyball captain, later as a tech founder and strategist. I was recently honored as the Inspiring Global Citizen Award Winner at ASU and selected as the Class Speaker for the Mastercard Foundation’s 2025 graduating cohort. I’ve traveled across continents for work, learning, and impact bringing global insight to every table I sit at. I speak often about cutting edge tech, entrepreneurship, and philosophy, and have been featured across television, radio, and print. Beyond the titles and milestones, I’m building companies that push industries forward, driven by clarity, creativity, and a commitment to execution. When I’m not building or traveling, I’m usually reading, watering my houseplants or missing my two dogs back home.
