My personal fitness journey began while I was in high school. I was overweight and inactive. For my 16th birthday, my mom gave me a gym membership. When I began working out and making lifestyle changes, the extra weight dropped and my commitment to health and wellness continued to grow. Wanting to share this eagerness with others, I applied to teach group fitness classes. I was turned down. This didn’t stop me. I went on to achieve two Bachelor’s Degrees from Illinois State University, in Program Management and Commercial Recreation, along with an Exercise Science minor. Since then, I have competed in two NPC Bikini competitions, was featured in the Rising Stars column of Oxygen magazine, have worked with some of the most ambitious clients, married my best friend and have turned my pastime into my passion. As the fitness industry continues to evolve, it can be difficult to separate fact from fiction and knowledge from noise. That's one of the reasons I decided to become an ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) Certified Fitness Trainer. My certifications also include Adult CPR/AED and First Aid. I specialize in online fitness programs, accountability programs, nutrition, prenatal/postnatal fitness and youth fitness. I partner with leading fitness and lifestyle brands to provide exceptional marketing services including social media marketing campaigns, influencer campaigns, content creation, blog writing and more to turn visitors into leads and leads into valued customers.
