Matthew West has worked in the advertising, PR and marketing fields for 25 years. He received a B.S. from Cornell University and a Masters from Harvard University. For 13 of those years, he has worked for McCann in the pharmaceutical and healthcare communications space as an Account Manager and Vice President, Chief HR/Talent Officer. In 2014, Matthew joined a talent acquisition firm to build and lead the first ever Pharmaceutical Advertising and Marketing recruitment division.
