I am a graduate with a bachelors in Human Resource Management at Brigham Young University. Through my involvement with local Utah organizations such as Lifey, P&G, and P3 Utah I have utilized HRM principles to develop practical solutions. Solutions worth implementing require diligent analysis. As a result, I have honed my ability to scrutinize data using a wide array of tools such as Power BI, Facebook Analytics, and Stata. This allows for complex issues to be summarized leading to appropriate implementations. At the center of these challenges are people. I've learned and seen how actualizing solutions requires a connection to the real world and the people involved with the problems. Focusing on how the data affects clients and employees allows for recommendations with the ability to create lasting change.
