After 15 years of partnering with early stage healthcare and consumer brands in talent strategy and acquisition, I launched Shaw Talent Partners. We offer fractional talent management and acquisition services (Director-level and above). With experience in agency-side executive search, scaling a business as an operator, and on the investor side, I'm aware of the constraints on talent costs and cater my engagement models to be more flexible and accessible than traditional search firm offerings. Outside of work, I can be found curating playlists, dining out and, most importantly, spending time with my husband and four kids.
