Katelyn is an outgoing team member with the motivation & drive to excel in a fast-paced environment where solution-oriented mindsets, clear communication, and fueling kindness lead to success. Katelyn is currently working as Director of Culture at Fisk Lawnscapes focusing on professional development and culture building. Katelyn has also Co-Founded CoVe NYC in January 2022. CoVe exists to create a community of women who celebrate life's every day wins and collectively learn from our shared challenges. CoVe aims to facilitate personal and professional growth for people looking to be the best versions of themselves. We do this by hosting event based discussions, by creating opportunities for meaningful connection, and by equipping go-getters with tools for success. Katelyn graduated from Montclair State University in January of 2016 with a B.A. in Communication and Media Arts, a Public Relations Concentration, and a Business Minor.
