Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading cross-functional teams and driving impactful growth through innovative, social-first strategies. From my role as Senior Marketing Manager at Village Marketing, where I optimized campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, to my previous project management at Threads Styling, I've consistently demonstrated my ability to improve business margins and amplify brand presence. In addition to my professional marketing journey, I co-founded Acrobatics Circus Troupe, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering children through performance art in Uganda. Katelyn is currently working as Director of Culture at Fisk Lawnscapes focusing on professional development and culture building. Katelyn has also Co-Founded CoVe NYC in January 2022. CoVe exists to create a community of women who celebrate life's every day wins and collectively learn from our shared challenges. CoVe aims to facilitate personal and professional growth for people looking to be the best versions of themselves.
