I am a Product Manager with experience working cross-functionally with business, development, and design roles. I have experience working with web and mobile products ranging from early-stage MVPs to mature, high-growth products. My product philosophy is simple - Start by listening and understanding the customer. Analyze and research data to confirm the opportunity. Connect the solution to a critical business outcome. I am passionate about helping others navigate their first 90 days in a new product management role. I wrote the book “Every Product Manager’s First 90 Days” to provide a learning framework for others to follow. I write, speak, and consult about product management.
