Director, Program Management (remote)

I am a New York native and PMP® Certified Digital Project Manager who has been in Advertising Agencies for 16+ years, either as a Sr. PM lead and/or Director. During my tenure in the industry and throughout all the various project types I've managed or team members I've coached/led, what excites me is the essence of, to put bluntly, being the nucleus factor. This PM ethos catapults you as the ignition and engine for project phase planning, team or deliverable organization / accountability and most importantly team morale, both Agency and Client. One of the best aspects of this gig is that hardly anything is textbook or stock. You have to often rely on your experience and trust your gut (and your peers) to 'figure it out' (enter Jedi Knight emoji here). In terms of project work, I'm very familiar with all pertinent phases in a project life cycle from ignition/discovery through to launch/post launch whereby employing various phasing methodologies (such as waterfall, Agile, RAD) as well as daily efficiency tasks or tools (such as daily hotsheet/scrums, Basecamp, JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, Slack, MS Teams). On an operations level, I've been employed as Production department head for as many as 13 Project Managers, whereby serving as point of escalation for delivery issues and risks as well as actively leading in implementing process and standardized documentation to improve quality, resourcing, workflow and productivity for the office I am currently working remotely for Razorfish as a Director of Program Management on Citi.
