itsMarcio.com I've led teams of curious and talented creatives, shaping their work and helping them grow. I love bringing in outsiders to make the work bigger, richer, and more interesting. I’ve also flown solo. Local, national, global. Twenty years of building brands through insight-driven campaigns and branding taught me that while media is fragmented, basic human experience still isn't. Brands don’t just compete within their category—they compete with everything you and I all love: the best movies, art, music, style, a good book, weirdness, cool plants, salad, r/todayilearned, beating your Strava PR, puppies, and Miller Time. My teams and I have: – Brought back the OG brick phone to launch Verizon’s first 5G device with record social engagement – Turned Carrie Underwood into an athleisure MVP – in 3 weeks, displacing Adidas in stores nationwide – Introduced Target to Canada by taking their dog for a ride across the country during the Oscars – Made the world a little greener by boosting phone case sales, helping us all breathe a little easier Tinned fish entrepreneur on the side. Always open for a chat.

Solution-driven. Process enthusiast. Vast experience and skillset. My career launched in corporate advertising in NYC working for some of the top firms gaining experience across social, digital, project management, content production, business and digital strategy and production. I've done everything from photography, to copywriting, creative and art directing to partnering with media and data analytics teams. I helped create and launch the campaign for the first-ever Range Rover Evoque and was responsible for helping manage the full North America Land Rover social and digital division. Our team was responsible for all creative production for Land Rover - social, digital and broadcast. It was my dream job and it was one of my first ever. It still goes down as one of my favorite. Other notable work includes full launch of Rolex digital and social strategy and execution, Target's social execution, State Farm's NBA campaigns, creation and execution of H&M's fashion Coachella runway launch, editor for AOL and strategy and execution across Cole Haan, Converse, Bank of America, Kraft, iRobot, Diageo, Microsoft, Google, American Express, Starbucks and beyond. Leaving the world of advertising I joined forces with Amazon to help create and build two private label Home teams from the ground up. Stone & Beam and Rivet. I was the primary project manager and creative producer managing the full creative and business teams. I was on-site for set design/shoot/art direction, and closely woven into the design buildout and process of the brands (logo development, package design, color scheme, typography). Our team was responsible for all creative editorial content that went live on Amazon supporting the brands (furniture shots, lifestyle, model). Weaving together a culmination of over 15+ years of vast skillsets and experience, after Amazon, I took an offer in the professional service field to drive solutions and business development globally in the IT industry. I've led teams small and large worldwide driving millions in annual revenue while supporting clientele across companies such as Nike, Amazon and Starbucks. My skills range everywhere from initial business analysis and intake, to solutioning, partnering globally with internal/external partners, working with legal teams/drawing up contractual agreements, business strategy, process/ops, higher level sustainment and management of solution to ensure delivery teams feel well supported and overall corporate new business development (new market development strategy, cost analysis, delivery consideration).
