Jason Shah is a technology executive and startup founder. Shah has led world-class organizations and product teams at Airbnb, Amazon, Microsoft, Yammer, and Alchemy - and he is currently Head of Product, Growth at Square. His leadership experience includes growing multiple businesses from $1B to $10B+ in revenue, starting new businesses from $0 and growing beyond $100M in annualized revenue, increasing business unit growth by >50% Y/Y, leading large and complex cross-functional organizations as a GM, and building world-class product teams based on deep craft, high velocity, and true humility as a Head of Product. Additionally Shah founded and, as CEO, led two startups to successful acquisitions in the consumer education and enterprise software sectors: INeedAPencil.com, an online learning platform, and Do.com, an early leader in meeting productivity software. Shah advises and invests in early stage companies in his personal capacity and previously as a Scout with Sequoia Capital.
