
I am a versatile recruiting and human resources leader with 14 years of experience leading global teams through various maturities of organizations and more than 20 years within the industry of big tech and academia. In my career I have thrived in building from the ground up and restructuring existing organizations hiring, onboarding, and operational processes for many unique organizations including Tech, Business, Research, and Specialized niche pipelines including GenAI, and ML. Most recently my teams have been responsible for 60% of the AI talent hired into Meta over the past 3 years. I have a deep understanding of university recruiting, mergers and acquisitions, hiring globally, and inspiring thriving teams. I have extensive global experience - both in being a builder of early hiring teams in APAC and EMEA, and managing across a distributed workforce. I am also incredibly connected within NORAM - both in the tech sector and academia (affiliations with top tier universities and research institutions) teams that I have led have hired 25000 people globally over the past 13 years so my network is deep. Passionate about brands and how companies can attract talent I have also been published in numerous publications over the years speaking on behalf of the tech industry and also wrote a blog that had 1 million+ readers monthly.
