I am a versatile recruiting and human resources leader with 14 years of experience leading global teams through various maturities of organizations and more than 20 years within the industry of big tech and academia. In my career I have thrived in building from the ground up and restructuring existing organizations hiring, onboarding, and operational processes for many unique organizations including Tech, Business, Research, and Specialized niche pipelines including GenAI, and ML. Most recently my teams have been responsible for 60% of the AI talent hired into Meta over the past 3 years. I have a deep understanding of university recruiting, mergers and acquisitions, hiring globally, and inspiring thriving teams. I also enjoy public speaking, coaching and mentorship, corporate branding + the science behind what makes recruiting fascinating and crucial to any organization. I have built and led teams ranging in size from 3 to 300 (including managing managers and senior directors).
