Wanted to stay in academic research and use words like, "dichotomy, presupposition, & metaphysics" but got a taste of SaaS and the rest is history. Operator - Partnering with visionaries to go from ideation > to execution > impact. I'm a "A-Type-sub-B Leader: I dream slightly differently than a visionary. I take the strategy and think about the ways I can equip multiple teams and business units to make it happen. Builder - Building to get to v1 as quickly as possible then iterate to perpetually optimize it (Kaizen meets CI/CD). I need to get my hands dirty & touch the raw materials; I do so so that I can pull in the best resources to get the job done + map tactical premises > business impact. But more than any hard skill above, I pride myself in leading people and holding them accountable to what they are called to do.
